ein freund von mir hat eine 50ccm vespa bj. 63 erstbesitz stand in der garage seit ungefähr 20jahre bekommen, leider sind keine papiere auffindbar und sein opa als besitzer ist leider verstorben. wie kann man da vorgehen sie ist abgemeldet.
